NOVELDO AI GmbH (“we”, “us”) operates the website asksopia.com and the askSOPia product, and takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains which data we collect when you visit this website, for what purpose, and on what legal basis.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When you access the site, technical data is automatically recorded in server log files: your IP address, the requested page, the date and time of the request, the referrer, and your browser’s user-agent string. This data is technically required to deliver the website securely and reliably and is only stored for as long as necessary for operation and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure, functional web presence). As Vercel may process data in the USA, any transfer takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use strictly necessary cookies or comparable storage techniques to provide basic website functions and to store your cookie choice. Your consent to non-essential cookies (e.g. statistics) is stored locally in your browser so that we do not have to ask you again on every visit.

If you consent, we use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We use Google Consent Mode: before you consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data intended for analytics is transmitted.

5. Reach measurement with Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights

To measure website usage and loading performance anonymously, we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. These services work without cookies and without cross-site recognition; no profiles of individual visitors are created. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically and editorially optimised website).

6. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This website uses fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). When a font is loaded, your IP address may be transmitted to Google servers. The fonts are used to present our content consistently; the legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in an appealing presentation). If you do not wish to share this data, you can block third-party requests in your browser — the page remains readable with a system fallback font.

7. Appointment booking (Calendly)

To schedule calls, we embed a booking widget from Calendly (Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA) on our contact page. When you book an appointment, Calendly processes the data you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, requested time) in order to carry out the booking. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Calendly’s privacy terms apply in addition.

8. Contacting us by e-mail

If you send us a message by e-mail, we process the information you provide (name, e-mail address and the content of your message) exclusively to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Messages are retained for as long as necessary to process the enquiry and, where applicable, to comply with statutory retention periods.

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
